📝 HOW THE PROCESS WORKS

2. Tell me about your channel, theme, colors, preferred style and the assets you need.

3. Send any references, character pictures, pets, logos or inspiration images you would like included.

4. I will provide a custom quote, list of deliverables and estimated completion time.

5. After purchase, I will begin creating your designs and send previews for your approval.

6. You can request revisions that remain aligned with the original agreed concept.

7. Once approved, your final files will be delivered in the appropriate stream-ready formats.

⏳ TURNAROUND TIME

The estimated timeline will be confirmed before purchase. Completion time depends on the size and complexity of the package, animation requirements and response time during revisions.

If you have a specific deadline, please mention it before ordering. Rush delivery may require an additional fee and is subject to availability.

📌 CUSTOM ORDER TERMS

1. MESSAGE BEFORE PURCHASING

Please do not purchase this listing until we have agreed on the project details, deliverables, price and timeline.

2. LIMITED AVAILABILITY

A limited number of custom projects are accepted each month so every order receives the attention and quality it deserves.

3. REVISIONS

Revisions are included during the design process as long as they remain consistent with the original approved brief. Major concept changes, additional assets or a completely new direction may require an extra fee.

4. CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS

Because custom digital products are made specifically for each client, cancellations and refunds are not available after the design process has started. A refund may be considered if work has not yet begun or if I am unable to complete the agreed project.

5. PERSONAL USAGE RIGHTS

The completed designs may be used on your personal Twitch, YouTube, Kick, TikTok, Discord and other content-creation channels.

You may not resell, redistribute, share, sublicense or claim the artwork as your own creation.

6. COMMERCIAL USE

Merchandise, resale, redistribution, NFT use, branding for products or other commercial applications are not included. A separate commercial license must be discussed and purchased in advance.

7. COPYRIGHT & OWNERSHIP

CozyJsStudio retains the copyright and ownership of the original artwork and concepts unless a separate written copyright-transfer agreement is purchased.

8. SOURCE FILES

you’ll get a .PDF file containing a direct link to a Google Drive folder with the complete package.

9. CLIENT COMMUNICATION

Please respond within a reasonable timeframe when previews or questions are sent. Delayed responses may affect the agreed completion date.

10. AGREEMENT

By purchasing a custom order, you confirm that you have read and accepted these terms.
