Update the obvious things
Schedule panel, about panel, offline banner, and remove any seasonal decorations still hanging around from December.
Check every link
Dead Discord invites and old social links are extremely common and invisible to you. Click all of them.
Review your analytics
Look at the year, not the week — which streams did best, which games brought people in. Adjust the schedule to match reality.
Refresh the look
