How to Set Up a Sub Goal or Follower Goal on Stream
Goals give viewers something to push toward — if you set them at the right level.
Goal widgets come from your alert service (StreamElements or Streamlabs) and add to OBS as a browser source, same as alerts.
Set it just above reach
A goal that's 5% complete looks discouraging; one that's 80% complete creates momentum. Set small goals you'll actually hit, then raise them.
Attach a reward
'At 50 followers I'll do a 24-hour cozy stream.' A goal with something at the end gets pushed toward; a bare number doesn't.
Don't cover the screen with it
One small bar in a corner. Multiple goal widgets make a channel feel like a fundraiser.
Style it to match
